What Are You Looking For?

Many of you are very focused on your customers. You survey them regularly, careful to note a .4% fluctuation in your "exceeds expectations" percentage, or the slightest indication that your organization may be veering off of the strategic path. Before you send out your net customer satisfaction survey, take a look at the video below. It's so easy to miss what you aren't looking for. Are you asking the right questions?
