Biography
Since 1980, I have been in the business of using qualitative and quantitative research to help clients make informed marketing decisions. In my career, I have interviewed countless thousands of respondents, and conducted over 1500 focus groups. I try to help, make or cajole clients into viewing their business from the perspective of those who spend money with them, and those whom clients want to spend money with them, but, for whatever reason, don't.
